The Anti-Corruption Commission has confiscated laptops and mobile phones of four top officials of the Walvis Bay municipality in connection with the case of the missing N$24 million of the mass urban servicing project that was opened by the former Walvis Bay Urban constituency councilor Knowledge Ipinge. The ACC says that while the public may believe they are not doing enough to combat corruption, the Commission remains dependent on information provided to them, as the Commission’s spokesperson, Josefina Nghituwamata, explained to Future Media News.
