Two Ministry of Health and Social Services employees and a businessman were arrested last week on allegations of fraud and corruption by the Anti-Corruption Commission. The ACC on Wednesday said an investigation was launched into a payment of N$ 300thousand that was made without any services being rendered. The Namibia Press Agency reports that it led to the arrest of control administrative officer Morvens Silawa; Victor Sekelo, a former driver at the ministry, and Stanley Griffiths, a businessman.
