US President Joe Biden says he’s not looking for conflict with China but is adopting a foreign policy that defends American interests. Speaking at his first address to Congress since taking office, Biden also unveiled a new $1.8 trillion dollar investment plan to support American families. Republicans largely sat silently during the speech while Democrats applauded as Biden spoke.
