According to reports the Ministry of Health and Social Services will set up an emergency care clinic at parliament to deal with any health emergencies on-site. The All-People’s Party president Ignatius Shixwameni died after collapsing at parliament last year, media reports saying it took the ambulance 40 minutes to arrive at the scene.
