Christchurch terrorist Brenton Tarrant has launched a legal challenge against his conditions in prison, and his designation as a terrorist entity under the Terrorism Suppression Act. The 30-year-old is currently serving life imprisonment without parole for murdering 51 people and attempting to murder 40 others at two Christchurch mosques in March 2019. According to reports, Tarrant will appear before the Auckland High Court tomorrow where he will seek a judicial review and represent himself.
