Opposition parties in South Africa have expressed concern over what they say is an indication that government is not fully prepared for the second phase of the rollout of Covid-19 vaccinations. Citizens aged 60 and over began their inoculations yesterday but there were several shortcomings, including reports that the Northern Cape only has one vaccination site and just two-thousand-400 nurses to service the entire province. While acknowledging some challenges, Health minister Zweli Mkhize said though it was all systems go in most parts of the country.
