The Electoral Commission of Namibia has dismissed allegations by the Landless People’s Movement regarding the ongoing Swakopmund Constituency by-election. The LPM is alleging that one of the ballot boxes carrying ballot pages was found to be opened upon arrival at the Mondesa Police Station.
