President Hage Geingob, speaking during the public briefing on the COVID-19 National Response Measures, said that he has observed with great concern that most Namibians have become complacent and are not adhering to the prescribed health and hygiene protocols. The president also announced that registers at shopping outlets and businesses will no longer be required in order to keep contact details of persons visiting their premises.
