Namibia has welcomed a report on the survey done by Ghana-based Afrobarometer, which focused on people’s experiences and evaluations of democracy, governance, and quality of life. The survey results show that over 80 percent of Namibians feel somewhat or completely free to express themselves. The report further reveals that about 90 percent feel somewhat or completely free to join the political organisation of their choice, while over 90 percent are somewhat or completely free to vote without any pressure.
