The International Council of Nurses is calling for faster Covid-19 vaccination rollout in Africa and elsewhere, before the G20 Leaders’ Summit at the end of next month. less than 3.5-percent of Africa’s population is fully vaccinated, compared with around 54-percent in America and 65-percent in the United Kingdom. The council’s CEO Howard Catton says the slow rollout of vaccines across Africa and other parts of the developing world is concerning.
