One of Europe’s biggest airlines says it has been forced to cancel almost all of its services Wednesday because of industrial action by staff. Germany’s Lufthansa, which has been locked in bitter pay negotiations with ground staff, says its two main hubs will virtually come to a standstill Wednesday because of a strike announced less than 48 hours earlier.
