South Africa’s former public protector Thuli Madonsela has spoken out sharply against what is happening in Ukraine. In a series of tweets, Madonsela says she stands with the Ukrainian people. News24 reports that the South African government, though, much like the rest of the SADC region remains neutral in the ongoing conflict.
