Huipie van Wyk
Huipie is a selfless humanitarian. She helps out less fortunate children and informal communities especially during the pandemic.
She is the founder of Hopeful Children Center, who has a soft spot for less privileged children, She feeds, teaches, & is a mother figure to many orphans, offering endless support.
She is part of the Ciske Covid Task force and helped produce meals for people with covid, as well as for the Swakopmund state hospital patient and victims of the DRC fire.
Ramanzo is unemployed and homeless himself but yet in his own adversities he keeps giving back to the community by thinking outside of the box through the Lidar community foundation.
Before and during the Covid pandemic Ronel opened her heart and house to those in need.
He has been fighting porverty in his community and has been distributing food parcels to vulnerable families feeding orphans.
Tilla is a pensioner who has fed and clothed over 400 kids. During the pandemic, she still stands strong trying her utmost best to just make a little difference in her community.
Sem is a pastor and during the pandemic, he has been helping people with food, clothes and prayer.
Martha Festus is a 20 year old young lady from Havana Informal settlement who started the feeding program called the Porridge Storage at her house in Havana.
Mr Paulus is the founder of Kwafela Oshiwana foundation. He provides foods & clothing to the needy in Walvis baby who are affected by Covid-19.
Julia is a student Journalist and she chairs the Keep a girl in school Namibia organisation, doing philanthropic work of donating sanitary wear for children in informal settlements and schools.
Alleta spends Saturdays with less privileged people who find it hard to feed themselves in the pandemic. She gives them food parcels and free counselling.
