The Mozambican Tax Authority has launched a nationwide campaign to regulate Value Added Tax invoicing. The campaign aims to verify, through door-to-door inspection, compliance with Article 27 of the VAT Code and to alert economic agents about the need for invoicing as an essential basis for the settlement of VAT obligations, a statement from the AT explains.
