The National Association of Automobile Manufacturers South Africa (NAAMSA) released Namibia’s new vehicle sales numbers for April 2021. New vehicle sales contracted by 17.8% month-on-month in April 2021 with 755 units sold, compared to 919 units sold in the prior month.  Annually, new vehicle sales recorded an increase of 1440.8%, with 49 units sold during April 2020, explained by the impact of COVID-19 lock-down restrictions on local new vehicle sales.
