To best celebrate the achievements of women, especially during the 60th Anniversary of the Pan Africanist Women’s Organisation and the heritage and commonalities between the people of Namibia and South Africa, the South African High Commission, in collaboration with the Namibian government and their partners, are hosting a cultural event tonight.
