Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, Anna Shiweda, at the occasion of the “National workshop on Namibia’s accession process to the Convention on the Protection and use of Transboundary watercourses and International Lakes of 1992, held in Windhoek recently, said that a transboundary water resources cooperation is a must for Namibia.
