A march will take place on Thursday 25 March from the Ministry of Home Affairs in Independence Avenue, to the Windhoek High Court where the case of Phillip Lühl and Guillermo Delgado, whose twins born in Durban through surrogacy will be heard. The twins are being denied travel documents to enter Namibia, based on the Minister of Home Affairs’ negation of Luhl’s paternity, and have thus been rendered de facto stateless.
