The Namibia Revenue Agency with technical assistance from the International Monetary Fund reviewed its processes and adopted new ones based on best practices. The agency’s spokesperson, Tonateni Shidhudhu explains that amongst the new processes is the implementation of the mandatory use of Tax Identification Number across all NamRa systems with immediate effect.
