The Chairperson of the National Council, Lukas Muha is conducting regional visits to the Otjozondjupa and Kavango East regions. National Council Senior Information Officer Pamela Mate in a statement on Tuesday said the visits started on 14 February and end 27 February and aims to enhance public and key stakeholder participation in the legislative process. Nampa reports that Mate said the regional visits are also being carried out to create awareness about the review and oversight role of the National Council.
