About 10 years after Cape Town averted a much feared ‘Day Zero’ scenario, Nelson Mandela Bay is set to become South Africa’s first big city to run out of water. This, water distribution director Joseph Tsatsire told NewzRoom Africa, as the metro of over 1.5 million people has less than 30 days of water available.
