Business Insider reports that the CEO of the social media giant, Twitter, Jack Dorsey, announced the presence of new Twitter headquarters on the African continent by launching in Ghana. Explaining the reasons for choosing Ghana, Dorsey said that the country is a supporter of free speech and online freedom. He explained that whenever the country entered new markets, they work hard to ensure that they are not just investing in the hired talent, but also in local communities. The decision stems from Dorsey’s visit to the region and engagements with president Nana Akufo-Addo.
