Inspector General of the Namibian Police Force, Lieutenant General Sebastian Ndeitunga, handed over a N$5 million Bravo Police Control Gate facilities in the Oshikoto Region. The facilities consist of two-bedroom flats with carports, and upgrades include rehabilitation of existing boreholes, the extension of the conservancy tank and the installation of an off-grid photovoltaic system. Ndeitunga said that better living conditions will improve members’ productivity. Ndeitunga also expressed concern that some members living in government facilities are not taking good care of it, leading to dilapidation. He urged all officers to look after the new facilities.
