In response to the Bank of Namibia raising the Repo rate on 15 June, the National Housing Enterprise has increased its Prime Lending Rate by 0.5 from 7.75% to 8.25%, while its Mortgage Lending Rate will increase from 7.75% to 8.25. The Namibia Press Agency reports that NHE Acting Sales and Lending Executive, Ludwina Alex said the interest rate changes will take effect on 01 August 2022.
