The water crisis in the Omatjete area continues to affect over 12 000 community members, who are forced to depend on one borehole for all their water needs. Senior Councillor of the Zeraeua Traditional Authority, Fabianus Uaseuapuani, told the Namibia Press Agency that the situation has become so serious that some learners who are in the hostel at the Ovihitua Primary School were sent back home on Wednesday as the school had run out of water.
