Parliamentaries from various nations have descended to South Africa to choose a new administration for the Pan-Africa Parliament. The objective of PAP is to offer solutions to a number of challenges facing the continent but PAP proceedings have been delayed due to loadshedding in Midrand. Pemmy Majodina, member of both the South African parliament and Pan-African Parliament, said that the town should have been exempted from loadshedding. The sitting comes as the world has seen the cost of living rising on the continent and beyond.
