Ex-Russian president Dmitry Medvedev is calling for urgent referendums in the occupied regions of Ukraine. As part of Russia, he said these regions would benefit from the full might of Moscow’s self-defense forces and with the constitution amended, prevent any future leader or official from reversing the decision.
