Swapo Party candidate for the Swakopmund Constituency by-elections, Nehemia Salomon, has said he will fight for the refurbishment of existing incomplete Mass Housing Project houses as part of his plan to deal with the prickly housing issue at the town. He also, when speaking of youth development, said he intends to prioritise urban agriculture in Swakopmund and the surrounding areas such as the Swakop River plots, insisting that young people can only be independent when they produce their own food.
