South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has tabled the Presidency’s budget at Parliament on Thursday afternoon under a storm cloud of allegations over his private business dealings and the stashing of cash at his Limpopo farmhouse. Ramaphosa says South Africans are not concerned with the political competition in the country. He says they want their challenges addressed.
