Foreign Ministers of India, Russia, China, Pakistan, and five Central Asian nations are meeting on Wednesday to review regional cooperation. The grouping known as the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation or the SCO is seen by some analysts as an up-and-coming power to challenge Western influence in Asia.
