Swapo Secretary General Sophia Shaningwa, speaking during the Swapo Party think tank workshop on Saturday, said she knows without a doubt that the hope of the nation is on the party to address all social issues Namibia faces. Shaningwa, saying that Swapo has a track record of good performance dating back to the time of the national liberation struggle, in terms of governance and national cohesion,’ explained that this year is packed with important activities for Swapo, including the party’s seventh ordinary congress and prior to that, the national policy conference.
