A South African man has appeared in the Potchefstroom Magistrate’s Court in connection with a cattle fraud case worth R4 million. News24 reports that Thinus Becker, the accused, took cattle from farmers and gave them false invoices. Becker is a representative of Vleissentraal Auction in Klerksdorp. He faces 10 counts of fraud and is expected to appear in court on 23 November.
