South Africans can still comment on the expropriation without compensation bill before the process closes on the tenth of next month. According to Newsflash, the executive director of Saad Investment Holdings, Emile Wessels, says there are a few changes to the proposed bill that the public should be aware of, like the fact that the jurisdiction of courts is now not excluded. Wessels says he is concerned about the circumstances listed under which land can be expropriated without the government paying for it.
