The UK is facing possible droughts in August with record temperature levels and prolonged dry spells across the nation. A meeting was held on Tuesday between water authorities and from that, they have urged people not to use hosepipes and to be careful with their water usage through hot periods. Authorities also said that people will soon start to see evidence of low water levels in areas of open water. Baronness Jennifer Jones says private water companies are partly to blame for the low supply and that water should be renationalized.
