Top rights experts appointed by the UN Human Rights Council have condemned a deadly attack on a children’s playground in Ethiopia’s Tigray region. The development comes after renewed fighting last week between the government of Ethiopia and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front breaking a four-month humanitarian truce.
