Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni, has called on the youth to use technology to be innovative and develop their communities, advising them to “instead of misusing cellphones by communicating unverified information, use [them] to research constructive things that will help develop and build our communities, such as coming up with brickmaking projects. “We are strong people as Namibians and we can develop ourselves. No one can come and develop us. But we can only however do this if we prepare ourselves and put aside anger. It is dangerous and once one puts it ahead of you, it occupies the space for creative thinking,” Uutoni said.
