Zimbabwean asset management firm Stratus Capital Partners, and Bard Santner Markets Inc, a newly established Harare-based financial advisory and asset management company are in the process of brokering a massive N$1,8 billion deal which will see South African property giant, Atterbury Property Holdings, owned by the JSE-listed Atterbury Group, selling the Grove Mall of Namibia. The Herald newspaper reports that while no-one from Stratus, Bard, or Atterbury were available for or prepared to comment on the deal, a Namibian source said the deal has all but been completed, with only the finer details outstanding.
