Deputy South African State Security Minister Zizi Kodwa is among the latest to feature in the list of government officials who allegedly knew about the incident at Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm, but opted to keep it a state secret, another being a Colonel E Edwards, a police attaché in the SA High Commission in Windhoek. City Press reports that while Kodwa has dismissed the claims that he was part of secret interactions between the South African and Namibian authorities, security insiders in Namibia said he participated in several discussions between the two countries, including during a meeting in ‘no-man’s land’ in the south of the country.
