The Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution says that Stalingrad strategy that former president Jacob Zuma deployed to great effect in delaying the fraud, corruption and racketeering charges in relation to the controversial arms deal, is being regurgitated at the state capture commission of inquiry. Zuma wants inquiry chairperson deputy chief justice Raymond Zondo to recuse himself citing alleged bias but Casac’s Lawson Naidoo says in his view the recusal application is flimsy, contradictory and self-serving.
